Vanessa holds a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, is a licensed acupuncturist, a licensed massage therapist and a registered yoga teacher.

She specializes in blending these skills into comprehensive treatments focused on relaxing, calming and balancing the body.

Her modalities include: acupuncture, acupressure, cupping, e-stim, ear seeds, gua sha, and various forms of bodywork.

Originally from Long Island, NY, Dr. Andrea Luise headed to Old Dominion University in Virginia, where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry. She began her Chiropractic studies at Life University in Georgia then transferred and graduated Cum Laude from Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, TX. She returned to Virginia to direct a successful practice in Richmond prior to moving to Austin and opening Lakeway Spine Center in 2005.

Dr. Andrea is certified to perform Acupuncture and has completed post-graduate education courses regarding Fibromyalgia, Functional Endocrinology and Nutritional Supplementation. Additionally, she has a certification in Physiotherapeutic Modalities. Her areas of expertise include Pediatrics, Expecting Mothers, Post-Natal Care and Family Wellness Care.

Dr. Andrea is Nationally Board Certified in Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression. Dr. Andrea is usually training for her next race, running 1/2 and full marathons.
